  • Payment Terms: Clients must pay all service fees in full within 48 hours before service delivery unless otherwise agreed. Additional expenses incurred will require prior written approval from the client.
  • Service Costs: Fees vary by service, including $1,500 for visa applications, $250 for admissions, N5,000,000 for career programs, and $6,000 – $60,000 for job placements.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all shared personal, financial, and business information strictly confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
  • Agreement Validity: This contract remains in effect until services are completed or terminated as per agreed terms.

Refund Policy

  1.  No Refunds: All payments made to Thom Ace Global Limited are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Final Sales: Once payment is made, clients acknowledge that no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued.
  3. Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered if expressly stated in the contract or as required by applicable laws.

Privacy Policy

Data Protection: Client information, including personal details and financial records, is stored securely and used solely for service execution.

parties without consent, except as required by law.
